Golden Temple – Vegetarian Restaurant app for iPhone and iPad

Our restaurant is named after the famous Sikh temple in Amritsar, North India. This temple lays in the middle of a small lake which possesses healing water, and is often called the “Nectar tank”. This place radiates health, purity and energy.

We try to adapt our cuisine as much as possible to the real needs of the body. We use no meat, fish or eggs in our recipes, only fruit, vegetables, grains & beans.

The road from that Golden Temple in India to the conscious kitchen of the Golden Temple Vegetarian Restaurant in Amsterdam leads through yoga, meditation and food preparation which emphasizes natural and practical vegetarian food, to encourage a unity of body and mind.
